I have never personally stripped wax off a stone floor.

Why was the floor waxed anyhow? That may be a nightmare.

it comes off fairly easy from the tiles but the grout lines will make you cry. The white tiles are not waxed. so test the grout lines and see if they applied wax to those. I would not attempt to seal the grout lines if topical sealer was applied to those. clean only or re grout is the only rout IMO

Do you guys refer to wax as a topical coating? Wax down here is just on the tile face for transporting and removed after installation? easy.
A coating applied after the tiles were laid is whole new nightmare. That doesn't look like a new instillation. Tell them you take no responsibility for the state of their skirting boards and you will need to unclog you waste basket a few times.
Have you done tests? will you need to crack out the xylene?

The white ones just need a good alk scrub and then a phosphoric acid scrub (followed by another alk or neutral scrub)

If there is a topical sealer, color sealing the grout will must likely fail and you with it. test it firsts if there is any topical just tell your client the truth. don't make your clients problem your problem price him for regrouting and stay on the safe side
