Looks like a corduroy type material. Who really know from just a picture.

Sounds like a potentially bad situation. Customer is expecting a new looking piece of furniture. I could not promise that. Under promise and over deliver.

Like Scott W has said, we are cleaning the fabric, not making it like new. You can improve it, but we avoid getting aggressive to avoid damaging it.

Looks like poop! If someone asks for a guarantee like that, I'll dig up my worst enemy competitor and let them have a blast with it

I would tell them that I absolutely could make a BLACK AND WHITE difference on it. It would be such a stark contrast that they will be surprised it's the same couch. However I cannot guarantee to fix damage.

You can't clean dents off a car any better than you can clean damaged fibers on a couch.

And that piece would have to 200-300 to be worth the time involved.

I normally only charge 150 for a sectional.

I would tell her that I can guarantee that I will get it as clean as it wants to come.
From the pics .. it looks synthetic.
I would set her up for a no obligation demo.
Prespray a small area on the worst part of sectional. Clean a magic square... take it from there.
99% of the time they are gonna have you go ahead with the cleaning.
    What is your uph procedure?
Type of chems... TM ... and uph tool.
Me... That sectional would get a prespray of Enz-All with a shot of citra-solv and Boost-All.
Agitated with rotary round soft brush hooked up to 3/8 cordless drill.... good dwell and high heat from my SS uph pro.
Prespray applied in 2 qt pump up. Perhaps have a trigger sprayer with 1oz of citra-solv mixed with H2o for areas that need extra attention.
Test inconspicuous area if concerned about fibre content.

Tell them you can deliver an 80% improvement. There's what appears to be color loss in spots. Test a small area like stated above.

    Thats a big sectional!

Some reason guarantees dobr scare me.
Although if you look close, my guarantees don't guarantee perfection.
Just the fact that it will be great.

As a side note, did you take pics of before and after?

This is something I plan to do as much of as practical. Build a photo gallery for my site and/or for marketing purposes.

Yes. From what I am hearing. They are very similar. But I have read that the RV tool squirts water all over the place because of how it is jetted.
