For Mahlon's rug with urine, I would suggest soaking the urine areas with Wool Medic for a few hours. Really saturate the affected areas. Then use a Water Claw along with a hose with a valve on the end. Place the Water Claw over the spot and move the hose slowly around the perimeter of the Water Claw. This pulls the water through the stained area and flushes it really well.

This process often removes all or most of the urine. There is less need for a potentially harmful product like Stain Magic for Wool. If you do need SM for Wool, you will need less of it for less time.

That part is for the 16" vacuum, not the 12" vacuum Torrey has.

The parts for VG-1 brush roll, keep in mind current 12" Sanitaires come with VG-2 brushroll which can't do this. Order a VG-1 for about $35.

I would like to share tip for upholstery & carpet cleaning, hoping it will be beneficial for the community:
    - Make a paste of lemon juice and cream of tartar to remove #darkstains from light-colored leather upholstery. Apply the mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes; then rub with a damp sponge to get the best results.

    - Follow this simple #DIYtip to remove #stickychewinggum from your carpet. Grab a couple of ice cubes and freeze the gum with them for about 30 seconds. Now, use a spoon to lift the frozen gum to eliminate all residual mess.

That's a great tip, it doesn't cost much and you can sometimes clean the carpet yourself instead of spending $ calling a company.
