If any of you have local coupons you get in the mail, take a pic and throw them up. Doesn't matter if they are cheap, expensive, good or bad, the point isn't to tear ones down but rather see what we can learn from the examples.

As ones like @Kip Stoltzfus AKA $1KaDay proved, your price doesn't have to be the highest in town or based on someone else's to be "good" or acceptable, but rather are you PROFITABLE?

Just in two weeks I've gotten these in my own mailbox!

I posted this one first as I like this one the most.
As much as us private companies seem to love to hate franchises, I've found a couple of my local chem dry companies to be pretty decent. They know what they are doing.

Maybe some like Ross have prices on their carpet cleaning that would be 2-3X or maybe more than this, I still think they are holding a well rounded ad.

I'm not a fa of this ad myself.

Instead of using any type of feature/benefit marketing, I just see things like:
    "Lowest price guaranteed!!!"
    "Nobody cleans better for less!!!"
On the van, the slogan is "affordable carpet cleaning"

To each their own and i can't say its right or wrong, but I just feel like its gotta be hard to make some large custom sales when your only USP is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP.

    who knows.

My biggest questions with this one is:

    1. What's e company name? Lol

    2. Are there really companies that will travel, setup and clean 15 vents, 1 return and 1 main line for 49.95? Like, is there any way they have actually done a quality job and walked away only holding a check for 50 bucks?

    3. Why is the back side EXACTLY the same as the front? Waste of space, no?

Not passing judgement, genuinely curious if there's any way this can be legit?

    Your opinion please.

I like this one, at least the "not the lowest price guarantee" and the ensuing explanation. The layout and graphics could be better, but overall I like it

    You mean air duct cleaning?

The dryer vents are extemly basic and easy to do.

Actual HVAC vent cleaning requires some legit equipment to do propery.

And it's just funny as there's guys on FB thag was just bragging about doing a 4,900.00 vent cleaning (I'd guess commercial job?)
Or guys saying they charge 400-1k to do this service and this coupon is offering it for 49.00

    Lmao

    Torrey,
An average home with 14 supply vents and 1 or 2 returns and the air handler should be about $500 on average...depending on your part of the country it could be slightly more or slightly less. Some might do the dryer vent for free as an incentive to make the sale, others might charge $49-$99 for the dryer vent alone.
On a side note, there is a company here in louisville that ran these cheap cheap prices, went in the home, told all of their customers there was mold in the vents and it would cost hundreds more to clean. There was also an hvac tune up guy with a cheap coupon that would go flip the power switch near the air handler, then have to come back to "fix"it and charge $75.....there are some real slime balls out there!

Wow those are all really good I mean I don't get intimidated often but I don't think I could ever do something that good which is exactly why I don't do marcating at all anymore I mean I've said it a million times but I'm living proof that all you need to do is just do a real good job and I mean a REAL good job and the success will just find you. I'm mean I'm serious hear I was just doing some free tree bark cleaning the other day since I broke eight of this customers windows, and the neighbor thought it looked so good they had me come over and clean there tree bark for free too. So I mean how can anybody argue with that? I did a real good job and got a new customer out of it so check out the picture of it.
