    I stumbled across a really neat (to me anyway) article today, and thought it might interest a few of the people here that like to focus on the psychological side of sales.

    So I found this article, read it, and posted it. It would be great if someone here would analyze it, figure out how to apply it to our businesses, and report back. (If you read the article you'll see what I did there.)
