Hiring out second office admin person

    Hey guys we are interviewing and hiring our second office admin person. We have 3 phone lines and we are missing calls. My office manager Kim does an awesome job but we just need someone else to answer and help with scheduling. The second most important reason is for remarketing efforts. So many focus on the front door mentality and forget to use data base to call existing clients not just email them. So I will have two girls in the office helping me run things.

    When our office needed a second person, we taught them to do rugs and upholstery. Much of the day they spent in our rug pit or cleaning upholstery that was dropped off our moved from fire and smoke damage jobs. During times when the phone volume was heavy, lunch breaks for our main phone receptionist and so forth, this person covered the phones.
