Wow, Torrey. Don't forget to do "Triage" and choose the water losses with the "greatest profit/lowest potential problem" ration. Heck, I just sent this "Water Damage QuickTIP" out a few weeks ago on how to select the "sweetest" water damages! (Do I take care of you or what?") :)

    Steve

PS What I'm saying is Torrey you (and many other Fatcat members) are a truly nice guy wanting to help people in their time of need. But I had to learn the hard way to not let "the OTHER person's problem become MY problem"! Read the QuickTIP link and you'll see what I mean!

All my equipment is wrapped up on jobs.

We did 4 extractions today and then handed off the dry out to a strategic partner. I make money on all of it.

    *edit*
A major reason I like to bring a strategic partner is it helps me control the job from the beginning and I know it will be done right in the end. Puts credits in my bank with the partner also.

Who is that goofy looking guy in the blue with those gay lookin red shoe covers?

Looks like a guy who would wear shorts that are TOO short.

Like the red shoe covers though. Never seen them that color before.

We had all the TMs pumping. Ross was out hitting his own flood and I brought him out on one.

If you don't have a very trusted allied cleaner to help you catch jobs that you'd loose if not able to get done ASAP, I highly recommend it.

I'm proud of you, buddy. Now work fast, drive safe and get back HOME to your wonderful family!

    Steve

PS Kudos on building Strategic Partners BEFORE you need them. And I can't stress enough to do "Water Damage Triage" on all your calls.
